Install in three steps

  1. Open the DMG

    Double-click Lokstack.dmg in your Downloads folder.

  2. Drag to Applications

    Drag Lokstack onto the Applications folder.

  3. Open it

    Start Lokstack from Applications or Spotlight. It finds your projects on its own.

First launch on a new Mac. Until Lokstack is notarized by Apple, macOS may ask you to confirm. On macOS 15 or newer open System Settings → Privacy & Security and choose Open Anyway. On macOS 13 or 14 right-click the app and choose Open. You only do this once.

Your projects appear

Lokstack scans ~/Projects, ~/Herd, ~/Sites and ~/Code. Add other folders any time.

Check a port

Type a port in the toolbar to see what owns it, then free it with one click.
